Data controller

Registration form

When registering a player, we process the player's name, date of birth, guardian's name, email, phone, position, experience level, selected tournament, jersey size, and any notes. We use this data solely to process the registration and communicate with the family.

Travel and identity documents

For tournament travel (for example airline ticketing), guardians may submit identity data via the registration form or the travel documents page: full name as shown on the document, document type (passport or ID card), document number, nationality, and document expiry date. Date of birth is already collected at registration.

We use this data only for tournament coordination and do not share it with others except as required to arrange travel. It is stored with restricted access, linked to the player profile so it can be reused for future Invincibles tournaments when still valid. Trip contribution payments

When organising a trip, we may record payment status for family contributions (for example flights, registration fees, accommodation, and shared transport). Amounts due and payments received are used only for trip accounting among Invincibles organisers. Contact [email protected] with payment questions.

Airport carpool coordination

For tournament airport transfers, guardians may submit carpool offers and join requests: driver name, phone, pickup point (to airport) or drop-off point (from airport — usually the same location), meeting time, seats offered or needed, and notes. We match this to the player registration.

Driver contact details are shared with families who join that car, and passenger phone numbers are shared with the driver so everyone can coordinate pickup or drop-off. Data is used only for trip logistics among Invincibles organisers and participating families. Contact [email protected] to correct or remove carpool data when no longer needed.

Parental consent generator

Guardians may generate a printable bilingual parental consent form for a tournament trip by matching their registration (email, player name, date of birth, tournament). We return names, email, and phone needed to pre-fill the document.

We do not store generated PDFs. Optional address, insurance, medical, or identity-document details typed for printing are not sent to our servers. The signed paper copy is handed to the organiser in person. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we may use Google Analytics to track site traffic.

Data is anonymised and retained according to Google Analytics settings.
